February 2011 Median Sold Price - $300,000
13 homes sold in February 2011. Sold prices range from $136,300 to $382,500
8 of the homes are in the North Babylon School District and the other 5 are in the West Babylon School District. Two of these homes are short sales and two are REO properties.


There are 47 short sale homes currently on the market in West Babylon. Since there are 170 homes on the market, 27% of them are short sales. We will see how the short sale market progresses during 2011.
